Wonton noodle soup

You need:

1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
8 cups Chicken stock
5 Shallots
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon Lemongrass paste (in wet spices aisle where fresh herbs are)
Bok Choy - chop into pieces
150 grams Dried Chinese Noodles
Wontons (bought)
Add 100 chinese pork slices or chicken or prawns (bought deli)
Add chilli to suit or not

And do this:
In a large saucepan, heat the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
Add the green onions, Bok Choy or Chinese greens, soy sauces, oyster sauce, grated ginger and lemon grass.
Add wontons
Cook the noodles separately so it doesn’t suck up too much sauce then add
Reduce the heat
Serve hot
