You need:
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
8 cups Chicken stock
5 Shallots
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon Lemongrass paste (in wet spices aisle where fresh herbs are)
Bok Choy - chop into pieces
150 grams Dried Chinese Noodles
Wontons (bought)
Add 100 chinese pork slices or chicken or prawns (bought deli)
Add chilli to suit or not
And do this:
• In a large saucepan, heat the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
• Add the green onions, Bok Choy or Chinese greens, soy sauces, oyster sauce, grated ginger and lemon grass.
• Add wontons
• Cook the noodles separately so it doesn’t suck up too much sauce then add
• Reduce the heat
• Serve hot
