You need:
500 grams of turkey mince
1 can Black beans
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 can Tomatoes or taco sauce
1 cup Chicken stock
1 cup Brown rice
2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin, ground
Avocado
And do this:
Cook rice until ready.
Combine the mince, diced tomatoes, chicken stock, chili powder, salt, and cumin in a deep pan and stir over heat until cooked.
Place mince mix in a bowl with rice and add beans and corn. Place avocado on top diced.
