Greek lamb

What you need:

Marinated mint Lamb shoulder
4 Pita breads
4 dessert spoonsTzatziki dip
4 dessert spoons Tabouli (buy) if not keen on tabouli then salad (see below)

Salad
3 tomatoes cut up
Crumbled feta cheese
1 Capsicum sliced
1 Cucumber sliced
Red onion sliced
Black olives
Rosemary to garnish


Then do this:
Roast lamb then carve/slice and plate
Add a dessert spoon of tabouli and then tzatziki on the plate
Add tabouli or salad or both
Heat pita in microwave drizzle with olive oil
Put half a pita bread on each plate
Top with rosemary
